Failure to cancel a scheduled appointment with sufficient time, will result in a bill for the partial cost of your missed appointment.
A partial session fee is charged for missed appointments or cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice, unless it is due to an emergency (to be determined by the therapist). Failure to cancel an appointment without 24-hour notice will result in a charged of $50. Payment will be due prior to scheduling the following session.
A bill will be emailed directly to all clients who do not show up or fail to cancel an appointment.
